Al Voudrie, Consultant

Alfred L. Voudrie, President, formed Voudrie Business Development, Inc. (VBDI), in 1991, to provide value added consulting services to the grain processing industry.  VBD is focused to providing value added concepts to investors from consolidating or merging existing processing facilities to new project development from concept to production.

Mr. Voudrie has provided consulting services to the ethanol and agricultural industries in the United States and Canada.  Al has extensive General and Financial Operating Management experience in the corn processing industry for both wet and dry milling operations.  He served as Corporate Controller and Assistant Secretary to the Board of Minnesota Corn Processors, Marshall, Minnesota, for nine years.  His financial team managed a $200 million capital growth in the first seven operating years for the investors.  This growth supported the feasibility of expanding the Minnesota corn processing facility with a second plant in Columbus, Nebraska.  His financial planning team prepared the financing plan and received bank approval for a $100 million financing package to develop and construct the Columbus, Nebraska facility in 1991.

Mr. Voudrie has worked in management, finance and accounting for both corporate and plant operations, for companies, such as U. S. Gypsum Company, The Bunker Ramo Corporation, Borg Warner Corporation and Amphenol Corporation.
